Mul vs Pes Dream 11 Match preview -:

The semi-finals of PSL 2020 are scheduled to take place on Tuesday as table-toppers Multan Sultans take on Peshawar Zalmi in Lahore.  Although Multan lost their last league game, they remained with the bat and ball throughout the season.  On the other hand, Peshawar Zalmi has impressed in recent games in a patchup with Shoaib Malikstarring for him.  Although the two teams seem to be equally matched on paper, Multan Sultans should envision their chances under the leadership of Shaan Masood, winning both MUL vs. PES fixtures this season.  With the finalists on offer, here are some tips that will help you choose your Dream 11 team for MUL vs PES.

Match Details:

Multan Sultans vs Peshawar Zalmi, 1 semi-final

  17 March 2020, 2:30 PM IST

  Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore

Pitch Report:-

Lahore has a good batting track with the last game scoring over 370 runs.  While there is not much purchase for the spinners, the pacers should get the new ball to rotate.  A change in pace will be important for both sides who want to chase given the nature of the pitch.  The 180 should be a competitive total with the pitch on this surface which is unlikely to change much during the match.

Playing 11 update play:-

  Mul:-

Multan Sultans should bring back the experienced trio of Shahid Afridi, Sohail Tanvir and Imran Tahir as they look at their strongest possible field.  His batting unit looks to be in good shape despite the unavailability of James Vince and Rayleigh Rousseau.  Moin Ali and Zeeshan Ashraf are slated to open the batting with Shan Masood and Ravi Bopara holding the fort in the middle order.  Khushdil Shah's return was very good for the Sultans, whose deep batting was also good.  Their bowlers will have a chance to overtake Junaid Khan for Mohammad Irfan's win.

Possible XI: Moin, Ashraf (WK), Masood (C), Bopara, Khushdil, Rohel, Afridi, Tanveer, Irrfan, Ilyas and Tahir.

Pes:

No change is expected from Peshawar, which was presented against the Karachi Kings last week.  Kamran Akmal and Imam ul Haq are the designated openers along with Hyder Ali.  His middle order rotates with Shoaib Malik, expected to come up with a good performance with the pair of Hammad Azam and Umar Amin.  Despite the farewell of their foreign players, the bowling unit of Peshawar still looks formidable with captain Wahab Riaz, taking them to prominence.  Hasan Ali and Rahat Ali also complemented him well, with his prospect of making yet another final to Peshawar Zalmi be liked.

Possible XI: Akmal (WK), Imam, Hyder, Malik, Amin, Hammad, Riaz (C), Hasan, Rahat, Amir Khan and Adil / Yasir.
